The idea behind the route is to showcase the landscape and cultural differences of this area located at the border between two very different communities.
The path allows you to discover the landscape and cultural peculiarities of the territory around Proves in Val d’Ultimo on the border between South Tyrol and Trentino. Not only different languages and cultures but also different architectural structures, different forests, different types of rocks, and natural and geological contrasts.
Along the 5-kilometer route, 14 thematic panels are installed illustrating the area's peculiarities: traces of mining activity, examples of energy production, information on the medicinal properties of native plants, and specimens of a wild orchid and a mill.
A stop at the Malghe di Cloz and Revò is a must! Their cold cut platters and homemade cakes are unmissable!
