The Restaurant Waldruhe is located 5 minutes from the shores of Lake Tret. It sits in the shade of a small forest and is an ideal resting spot for those visiting the lake. From Rifugio Waldruhe, you can reach the panoramic summit of Mount Macaion.
The restaurant is open every day from the end of May to the end of October.

From Fondo, head towards Passo Palade and, at Tret, turn right following the clear signs for the lake. Park your car and continue on foot along the forest road or trail until you reach Lake Tret. Then, stay on the left shore and continue past the lake for a few minutes, following the signs to the refuge.
