Ristorante Pizzeria Centrale has been recently fully refurbished. Its speciality is the “tortel” potato cake. Although it is in a small village, many customers make the journey to Flavon to enjoy a good pizza and to treat themselves to some of their “tortel”. Ristorante Pizzeria Centrale is part of the important food and wine association “Gli Antichi Sapori della Val di Non”, the “Traditional Flavours of the Val di Non”. The restaurant is very popular with cyclists who stop off at Flavon on their long-distance rides such as the Transalp or the Tour de Non.
