Polenta, prepared like in the old days in a large copper pot, remains the most traditional dish of this restaurant and is served with stew, venison, mushrooms, sausage meat with sauerkraut and many other typical Trentino dishes. One of the most traditional recipes is gnocchi ‘smalzadi’, a real gluttonous treat, which has to be tasted, along with the ‘tortel’ potato cakes. During the summer months, you can also eat outside on the large, sunny terrace, enjoying the panorama of the countryside around the restaurant.
The restaurant is open from 6 December every weekend. Also open during the Christmas holidays and carnival week.
Please always contact the managers to check the opening times.
