The traditional dishes are based on ancient family recipes and are enhanced with the use of high-quality ingredients. Guests can expect a high standard of service. The menu offers alternatives for anyone with food intolerances as well as gluten-free dishes and special consideration is also given to young guests. Ristorante Alla Pineta is part of the important food and wine association “Gli Antichi Sapori della Val di Non”, the “Traditional Flavours of the Val di Non”.
