A wide variety of animals live in this children’s petting zoo, including sheep, goats, wild pigs, horses, geese, ostriches, peacocks, turkeys, donkeys and even camels!
This Maso petting zoo is located in Alto Adige, just after the Palade Pass and 7 km from the Val di Non. It stretches across a huge sunny meadow with a large playground and affords a beautiful view of the Adige valley: it is a firm favourite among children and parents alike!
Kids can run from one enclosure to the next, feed the animals, learn all sorts of interesting facts about them and then have a snack at the café on the terrace.
There’s also no shortage of games, which are all made solely from wood obtained from old tree trunks.
It is open everyday all year round.
