Malga di San Felice is located in the province of Bolzano, a few metres from the border with Trentino. In fact, you can reach the mountain farm from Tret, in the province of Trento, or from S. Felice, in the province of Bolzano.
The area of the mountain farm and Lake Tret is a classic meeting point for the people from the two provinces and every summer a music festival on the banks of the lake celebrates the two cultures and the two different languages.
The farm is at 1613 m altitude and has no pastures but serves food. Booking is required for evening meals. From the mountain farm you can continue to the nearby panoramic peaks of Schönegg and Monte Macaion.
The malga is open on weekends until the end of May. Open daily from mid-June until the end of October. Closed in November.
