Distilleria Valentini is a historic family-run business with great success in the production of premium and super premium spirits and liqueurs. It is located in Tassullo, in Val di Non. Book and visit the headquarters a beautiful historical building perfectly restored and recalling the French 'maisons'.
The masterpieces of Distilleria Valentini are:
- Tovel Gin: a London Dry Gin made from a 100% Trentino botanical selection and water from the same source as Lake Tovel
- Valentini Bitter: its recipe dates back to 1954 and in 2015 it was revisited to replace the more exotic ingredients with local products, such as Trentino Frassino
- Vermuth Riserva Superiore San Romedio: this recipe combines over-ripened muscat grapes with a bouquet of 33 local herbs and ends with a long rest in barriques.
