Casa Marta is located in the centre of Coredo, not far from the church square.
After the Coredo family, a woman called Marta Pezzini lived there and she married a Rizzardi who already lived in the house. In addition to the name of the house, she also gave the family one of its many nicknames (the Rizzardi's were called 'Marta').
Now the Municipality of Coredo is the owner of the building, which after a significant restoration work has been opened to the public, promoting exhibitions and events. The facade is softened by a graceful loggia with wooden columns.
