The Christmas season gets even more magical in the "Borgo di Natale"! This year, Fondo turns into a festive wonderland.
If there’s one thing you can’t miss in Val di Non this winter, it’s the Christmas Village: Borgo di Natale in Fondo. For me, it’s the perfect mix of markets, tradition, and tasty treats!
Picture this: strolling through the village’s lit-up streets, every corner decorated to wrap you in holiday vibes and Christmas cheer. You’ll find stalls packed with handmade goodies, live music filling the air, the smell of sweets all around, and a magical path leading to Lake Smeraldo—it’s like stepping into a fairytale.
And the kids? They’re in for a treat too, with fun entertainment, hands-on workshops, and activities that’ll keep them busy and happy all day long!
Here’s the cherry on top: along the Rio Sass, at the "Rion giò a l’aca", two super-talented Trentino artists will be crafting amazing sculptures from snow and wood. Armed with chisels and a ton of skill, they’ll turn simple materials into jaw-dropping works of art. Plus, there’s a special exhibit of handcrafted sculptures at the old mill nearby.
