In the woods, a guided family trekking in underground places to explore!
Starting from Corte Inferiore and accompanied by an expert guide, you will walk to the precious 80-metre-long silver-galena vein. On the way back you will walk along the mine's path through the forest!

Useful information:
- The activity starts when there is a minimum number of participants.
- You can park your car in the parking area in the locality of Tre strade, along the provincial road after Corte Inferiore. You will be met by your guide there at 14:30.
- We recommend that you wear hiking boots, sportswear and a waterproof jacket.
- A helmet will be provided at the entrance to the mine.
- Please note that the climate inside the mine is damp and cool. Be careful not to slip.
- The mine is dark but the guide has a torch. You can bring your own headlamp.
- Do not touch the limestone formations, they are fragile and precious.
- On your return you can have a delicious lunch in one of Rumo's restaurants or cafes.
- In case of rain the tour will be cancelled.
What else you can do in the area• On the way back, you can visit the pretty villages of Rumo and also Proveis, a typical South Tyrolean village with an impressive neo-Gothic church.
• In Corte Inferiore there is a small church of San Udalrico with beautiful architecture and frescoes decorating the interior.
• Enjoy the Loop of the Malga mountain huts in the Maddalene Group and the typical delicious Kaiserschmarrn.
