Christmas involves a lot of things: snow, chimney, hot drinks … but this year it means Castel Valer!
In order to live completely the Christmas soul, don’t miss the special experience “Santa Claus in Castel Valer” with your family: the youngest guests together with their parents and a tour guide will take part to an exclusive visit, in which Santa Claus will arrive with his gifts too! In front of the chimney in the wide hall Salone Ulrico take a picture with Santa and if you are a child (on the outside but of course also on the inside) you can deliver him your letter! As a sweet ending, a hot tea and delicious biscuits are waiting for you!

What else to know:
- The activity will take place only with a minimum number of participants.
- After parking the car in the main square near the church of Tassullo, you must go by foot for 15 minutes along on a gravel road through the apple orchards.
- The meeting with the tour guide is fixed directly out of the entrance of the the castle. We suggest you to arive 10 minutes before the starting of the tour.
- During the tour photos are allowed. However, we ask you to avoid it inside the castle.
- Dogs are not allowed in the castle. The access is permitted only to small dogs, which must be kept inside of a dog carrier or into a backpack.
- Any stroller must be left at the entrane, for this reason we suggest you to be equipped of baby carrier.
- We advise you to wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes.
- From Trento and from Val di Sole the castle can be reached by train too. Castel Valer is situated 2 km (30 minutes by foot) from the train station in Tassullo.
What else to do in this area:
- You can live the Christmas atmosphere by visiting crips and typical markets around the villages in Val di Non.
- If you desire, you can continue the evening with all your family having a tasty snack in the historical centre of Cles.
- You can visit the outstanding Castel Thun which dominates all the valley, you will discovery the complete history of the noble family Thun and of their magnificently furnished manor.
