We are going to teach you to make delicious restaurant-worthy potato patties: just pull your sleeves up, don your apron and let chef Paolo teach you his tricks while the winery provides the wine: perfect restaurant-worthy potato patties here you come!
We have organised three masterclasses this winter: the location is truly delightful because the wineries in Val di Non which produce Groppello will be providing their premises for our classes, namely:
- Cantina Maso Sperdossi on Saturday, 1 and 22 February 2025
- Cantina El Zeremia on Saturday, 8 February and 1 March 2025
- Cantina Laste Rosse on Saturday, 25 January and 15 February 2025
The course begins at 4:30 pm and lasts a couple of hours.
The masterclass costs € 25,00 per person and it ends with a rich snack including your freshly prepared potato patties, cheese, cold cuts and a taste of the winery’s finest.
The masterclasses are held by chef Paolo Cescatti, who will be explaining how to prepare famous, restaurant-worthy "potato patties" at home!
We will worry about bringing all the utensils and ingredients required: a potato peeler, a large grater, a bowl and a frying pan, strictly made of iron. Chef Paolo will demonstrate the perfect texture of the patty and reveal his top tips for perfectly golden brown results!
What a fragrance, all that’s left for us to do is to savour these mouth-watering potato patties! The table has already been laid: cold cuts, cheeses produced in Val di Non and a firm favourite, Groppello wine.
