Cerevisia is a Latin word for beer but for us in the Val di Non it means only one thing: the Trentino craft beer festival which for the last few years has been held in Fondo in the Val di Non over the third weekend of May.Lagers, ales or stouts: there are more than 150 types of craft beer to be discovered at Cerevisia, the Trentino craft beer festival. The brewers attending the show are all from Trentino, as are the products which the master brewers use, which is what makes their beers so good and so special!
If you are a beer lover like me, you can take part in the workshops based around beer, where you can learn how to create your own special craft beer like I did a few years ago with my friends!
Cerevisia is held over three days, where you can enjoy tastings, food carefully paired with different types of beers and plenty of music after the contest between the breweries which, each year, submit their beers to the public jury to see who will win this time.
