Country life and apples

Life in the valley is dominated by the rhythms of nature, the seasons define our diaries, the weather determines what we do. The winter snow seems to magically return in April and May when the white blanket of apple blossom transforms the landscape, giving it an unexpected snowy appearance. Agriculture is not just an important part of our economy, it is also an incredible opportunity to rediscover the rhythms and customs of life which we would otherwise have lost.
